At least 6 or more years of work experience in the Construction Industry. Experience in actual field operations, and on vertical and horizontal construction. Knowledgeable in Contract Administration and Implementation. Familiar with Project Planning, Monitoring and Control. Proficient in using MS Office Applications and AutoCAD. Should be an active English Communicator both verbal and written. Amenable to work anywhere in Luzon. Ability to commute/relocate: Manila: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Application Question(s): Are you a licensed Architect?
