Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor architectural works at the construction site. Ensure construction is carried out as per approved architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, MEP, structural, civil, and other project teams. Conduct regular site inspections and identify architectural/technical issues. Review and respond to RFIs and provide necessary technical clarifications. Inspect architectural finishes, materials, and workmanship to ensure required quality standards are maintained. Monitor construction progress and ensure architectural works are completed within the agreed timeline. Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams to develop practical solutions. Review mock-ups, material samples, and finishes where required. Monitor and follow up on snagging and rectification works. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, building codes, and relevant Qatar regulations. Participate in site meetings, coordination meetings, and progress discussions. Maintain proper records of site observations, inspections, approvals, and architectural documentation. Coordinate with the project team during design changes and ensure proper implementation at site. Support the project team in ensuring timely completion and successful handover. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent. 7+ years of relevant architectural experience, preferably with significant site-based experience. Previous experience as a Site Architect / Senior Site Architect / Architectural Engineer in construction projects. Strong hands-on experience in site supervision and architectural execution. Experience working with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams. Good knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details, materials, and finishes. Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation. Knowledge of Qatar building codes, regulations, and construction practices is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage. Candidates with Qatar/GCC construction experience will be preferred.
