We specialize in roads and drainage works including construction of river channels, box culverts and pumping stations, drain laying, CCTV works, pipe lining, slope stabilization, etc. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the execution of term maintenance contracts for roads and drainage works Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and government authorities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks Oversee site teams and provide leadership to ensure smooth operations Prepare and submit reports and documentation related to site works Requirements: Candidates should meet ONE of the following qualification and experience combinations: 1. University Degree Holders Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum 4 years’ experience in supervising road, drainage, or term maintenance contracts; OR Degree in a Relevant Discipline with a minimum 7 years’ relevant post-qualification experience. 2. Diploma / Higher Certificate Holders / AMHKIE AMHKIE (Civil Discipline) with a minimum 7 years’ experience in supervising road, drainage, or term maintenance contracts; OR Diploma/HC in Civil Engineering with a minimum 8 years’ experience in supervising road, drainage, or term maintenance contracts; OR Diploma/HC in a Relevant Discipline with a minimum 9 years’ relevant post-qualification experience. 3. Diploma in Vocational Education (DVE) Holders DVE (Construction Stream) or equivalent with a minimum 12 years’ experience in managing/supervising road and drainage works.
