About the Company:

We are a well-established security systems and IT solutions company in Dubai, delivering integrated CCTV, access control, and ELV solutions to commercial, residential, and government clients across the UAE. We are currently hiring experienced and junior SIRA-certified technicians to support our growing operations.

Vacancy 1: Senior SIRA Certified IT Technician

Experience: 3–5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and commission CCTV (analog & IP), access control, intruder alarms, intercoms, and gate barriers

Perform site surveys, system testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance

Diagnose and resolve complex faults on NVRs, DVRs, IP cameras, control panels, and network devices

Ensure all works comply with SIRA regulations, Dubai Police requirements, and UAE civil defense standards

Liaise with SIRA inspectors and coordinate approvals, testing, and certifications

Lead or supervise junior technicians on multi-site projects

Prepare installation, testing, and handover documentation

Requirements:

Valid SIRA Certificate/ID (mandatory)

3–5+ years of hands-on experience in security systems/ELV (UAE/GCC experience preferred)

Strong expertise in IP CCTV, access control (biometric, RFID), alarm panels, and structured cabling (Cat6/fiber)

Solid networking skills: TCP/IP, VLANs, port forwarding, NVR/DVR configuration

Ability to read technical drawings and work independently

Good English communication skills; UAE driving license preferred

Vacancy 2: Junior SIRA Certified IT Technician

Experience: 1–2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems

Support senior technicians with cabling, device mounting, and system testing

Perform basic troubleshooting and report faults to the senior technician

Ensure work is carried out as per SIRA standards and company safety procedures

Maintain tools, equipment, and installation documentation

Travel to client sites across Dubai and the Northern Emirates as required

Requirements:

Valid SIRA Certificate/ID (mandatory)

1–2 years of experience in security systems installation (fresh SIRA-certified candidates may also be considered)

Basic knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and structured cabling

Fundamental networking knowledge (IP addressing, NVR/DVR basics)

Willingness to learn and work under supervision

Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
