Coordinate additional practice sessions with band members to achieve top-notch musical quality. Deliver live singing performances that captivate and entertain the audience. Handle song requests from guests and pass on special requests to the service team when necessary. Collaborate with fellow performers to arrange costumes and props for shows. Attend briefings to understand performance concepts and song selections. Take on any other tasks as assigned to support the performance or production. Locate and prepare the necessary sheet music for performances. Take part in themed stage shows and productions as required. Follow company guidelines and adhere to established policies and procedures. ________________________________________ Candidate Requirements: Must be experienced in performing with a live band. Confident in engaging with live audiences and handling requests in a professional manner. Familiarity with K-pop music is a valuable asset. Must be a lead singer with a strong repertoire in Mandarin or Asian Pop songs. Willingness to work late-night hours, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday shifts). Open to collaborating with other musicians and performers to ensure smooth and cohesive shows. At least 2 years of experience as a professional, full-time stage performer. ________________________________________
