The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, printing, finishing, installation, production planning, and team management. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end production of signage, displays, branding, and promotional materials. Plan daily and weekly production schedules according to project deadlines. Coordinate with design, sales, project management, procurement, and installation teams. Review artwork, technical drawings, dimensions, specifications, and production requirements before manufacturing. Supervise fabrication, CNC cutting, laser cutting, acrylic work, metal fabrication, welding, painting, printing, vinyl application, LED/lightbox production, and finishing. Ensure all products meet approved artwork, dimensions, quality standards, and client specifications. Manage production manpower, machinery, materials, and workshop resources efficiently. Coordinate installation teams and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule. Monitor material consumption and minimize production waste. Source and coordinate with external vendors and subcontractors when required. Inspect finished products before dispatch or installation. Troubleshoot production issues and implement practical solutions. Maintain production records, job cards, inventory requirements, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures. Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery schedules. Technical Knowledge The candidate should have practical knowledge of: 3D channel letters and illuminated signage Acrylic, stainless steel, aluminum, MS, PVC, ACP, and other signage materials LED signage and lightboxes Flex, vinyl, UV, eco-solvent, and large-format printing CNC routing and laser cutting Acrylic fabrication and bending Metal fabrication and welding Painting, powder coating, and finishing Vinyl cutting and application Retail displays and POS materials Exhibition stands and promotional displays Installation and site coordination Requirements 5–8+ years of experience in signage, advertising production, display manufacturing, exhibition, or a related industry. Previous experience managing a signage production workshop or factory is preferred. Strong understanding of production processes, materials, machinery, and finishing techniques. Ability to read technical drawings and production specifications. Strong team leadership and project coordination skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and production/project management tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good English communication skills. UAE/GCC experience is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
