We are looking for someone with sign industry experience who can jump in and help with the day-to-day production and installation of signs, graphics, and vehicle lettering. Responsibilities and Duties · Produce and finish a variety of signs, banners, decals, and graphics · Weed, mask, tape, trim, and prepare vinyl graphics for installation · Operate sign shop equipment, finishing tools, power tools, and cutting tools/knives · Assist with loading, unloading, and handling sign materials · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area · Work with the production team to complete projects accurately and on schedule · Apply vinyl graphics and lettering to signs and other surfaces · Perform vehicle lettering and vehicle wraps · Assist with basic sign installation and removal · Install signs, panels, banners, decals, and other graphics Qualifications and Skills Sign industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate will have experience with: · Vehicle graphics and/or vehicle wrapping · Measuring and working from dimensions · Steady hands and good attention to detail for weeding fine lines and smoothing graphics without air bubbles · Vinyl application · Sign production and finishing · Basic sign installation · Use of hand tools and power tools · Following instructions and meeting deadlines · Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally work on ladders or lifts and in outdoor environments as needed. What We’re Looking For · Dependable and punctual · Good attention to detail · Able to work independently as well as part of a team · Comfortable working with your hands · Able to lift and move sign materials · Willing to learn new equipment and techniques · Takes pride in producing quality work · Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred Experience · Sign shop, vinyl, vehicle wrap, graphic installation, screen printing, construction, or other related hands-on experience is a plus · We are looking for someone who wants to learn, work hard, and become a valuable part of our sign shop team Salary and benefits · Wage: $17.00 and up depending on experience · Employment: 30 to 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday. No weekends or evenings · Paid Holidays and earned paid time off Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: - On-the-job training - Paid time off - Tools provided Work Location: In person
