We are looking for a Showroom Sales & Customer Service Consultant who will assist customers from their initial inquiry through quotation, follow-up, and purchase. This is primarily an inbound sales and customer service role . We generate customer inquiries through our marketing and advertising. Your responsibility is to respond promptly, understand customer needs, provide accurate information and quotations, follow up consistently, and help convert qualified inquiries into satisfied customers. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through Messenger, Viber, phone, email, and in person Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom Learn our products thoroughly and explain designs, materials, sizes, pricing, and applications Prepare accurate customer quotations using our established system Consistently follow up on quotations and interested customers Maintain organized records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups Guide customers through the purchasing process Coordinate customer requirements and orders with management and operations Follow established sales and customer service procedures Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment Who We're Looking For Warm, respectful, approachable, and professional Good communication skills in Filipino and English Attentive and responsive to customers Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, messaging applications, and basic office software Able to learn product information and pricing accurately Willing to follow established systems and procedures Reliable, honest, punctual, and responsible Coachable and willing to improve Comfortable following up with customers and helping close sales Customer service or sales experience is an advantage, but not required for the right candidate Compensation & Benefits ₱22,000 monthly salary Performance and sales incentives upon regularization Regularization subject to satisfactory performance after a 6-month probationary assessment Paid training Government-mandated benefits Opportunities for career growth as the company expands Work Schedule Full-time, on-site position 6 days per week 1 rest day per week Applicants must be comfortable working a showroom-based schedule Work Location Permanent Location: Pasay City Temporary Location: Pasig City while our permanent showroom is being prepared We are looking for someone who wants to grow with Arterra Form long-term , takes customer service seriously, and can consistently follow through from inquiry to sale.
