Preferable with experience in Kitchen Appliances or Trading company. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing sales staff, promoting our products, enhancing the customer experience, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities - Managing and motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives and targets - Ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and adheres to company standards - Providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and answering customers’ queries - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the showroom. - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations - Training new employees and providing ongoing training and support to current staff - Organizing and coordinating promotional events or sales Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
