LLC Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Position: Showroom Manager – Building Materials / MEP Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month, depending on experience and performance Other Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law Job Description We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Showroom Manager to manage our building materials showroom operations, lead the sales team, develop new business opportunities, and achieve the assigned group sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE building materials market, particularly MEP products , along with proven experience in sales, customer development, team management, and project business. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the showroom's sales performance and daily operations . Achieve assigned individual, showroom, and group sales targets . Lead, guide, motivate, and support subordinate sales staff to achieve their targets. Monitor the team's daily activities, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales conversions. Identify and develop new customers, contractors, projects, and business opportunities . Convert new enquiries and project opportunities into successful sales. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and key accounts. Conduct customer and project visits when required. Ensure proper follow-up of quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer payments. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, accounts, and management for smooth operations. Maintain good knowledge of stock availability, pricing, fast-moving products, and customer requirements. Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and new product developments. Introduce new and innovative ideas to improve sales, customer service, showroom operations, and market reach. Provide regular sales performance, customer development, and market reports to management. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building materials sales/showroom management in the UAE. Graduate in any relevant discipline. Strong knowledge of building materials, especially MEP products . Previous experience in managing or supervising a sales team is preferred. Strong sales, negotiation, leadership, and target-achievement skills. Good knowledge of the UAE building materials market and project sales. Ability to identify new customers and project opportunities and convert them into business. Good computer and ERP/system handling knowledge. Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory. Strong communication and customer relationship skills. Language Requirements English – Required Hindi – Required Malayalam – Required Arabic – Added advantage Salary & Benefits Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month Final salary will depend on relevant experience, product knowledge, leadership ability, and performance.
