The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and operations, particularly in the furniture or home décor sector, with a proven ability to drive sales, manage a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. Roles & Responsibilities Store Operations & Management Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards. Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply teams for replenishment. Sales Performance & Customer Service Drive sales targets and monitor store performance metrics. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt service and after-sales support. Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency. Team Management Lead and supervise the showroom sales team to ensure peak performance Conduct training, mentoring, and performance reviews. Schedule staff shifts and manage manpower effectively. Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track footfall, conversion ratios, and average transaction values. Analyze trends and provide insights to improve performance. Product Knowledge & Display Maintain comprehensive knowledge of furniture products and collections. Ensure all products are well-displayed, labeled, and promoted effectively. Educate customers on product features, warranties, and usage. Key Result Areas (KRAs) Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets Team productivity and customer service excellence Store upkeep, merchandising, and operational efficiency Customer retention and satisfaction Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales growth and revenue per square foot Customer satisfaction scores and repeat business Staff performance metrics and retention Inventory accuracy and shrinkage control Required Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven with strong customer focus Knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and visual merchandising Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office Suite Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field Minimum 12 years of retail experience, preferably in the furniture or lifestyle segment Proven track record of managing a high-performing retail store and team Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Note:- Preferred candidates from Furniture Industry Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
