Responsibilities Manage daily showroom operations. Lead and motivate the sales team. Achieve monthly sales targets. Handle customers and ensure excellent service. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports. Manage staff, inventory, and showroom standards. Requirements 3+ years of experience in automotive sales/dealership management.
