This is a huge milestone for our business and an exciting opportunity to join us at a pivotal stage of our growth journey. Corston was founded with a simple ambition: to create beautifully designed architectural details that flow seamlessly from room to room. Today, our collections of switches, sockets, lighting and hardware can be found in homes and commercial projects across the UK, Europe, the UAE and the USA. Sweden is already one of our strongest and fastest-growing markets, with a loyal customer base and increasing demand from homeowners, architects, interior designers and trade professionals. We see Stockholm as a key location in our future growth plans and the flagship showroom for the Nordic region. We're looking for someone who wants to help establish our presence locally, build lasting customer relationships and play a leading role in the success of Corston in Sweden. Key Responsibilities - Develop new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, contractors and trade customers. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. - Host customers and prospects within the Stockholm showroom. - Deliver showroom tours, product demonstrations, Lunch & Learn sessions and networking events. - Grow Corston's presence within the local architecture, interiors and design community. - Manage the day-to-day operation of the Stockholm showroom. - Ensure all customer enquiries are handled professionally and followed up effectively. - Support and develop the local showroom team as the business grows. - Work closely with wider Corston teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. - Drive sales performance and contribute towards commercial targets and business objectives. - Act as a brand ambassador, representing Corston within the Swedish market. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, relationship-focused and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. - At least 2 years' experience in sales, account management, business development or a similar customer-facing commercial role. - Experience building relationships and developing new business opportunities. - Strong networking and communication skills. - A proactive approach and the confidence to engage with new customers. - Excellent customer service and account management abilities. - The ability to work independently and take ownership of results. - A commercial mindset, with experience working towards targets or KPIs. - Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. - Confidence presenting to customers both in person and virtually. - An interest in architecture, interiors, design, home improvement or related industries. - Experience supporting, coaching or leading others would be advantageous, but is not essential. - Fluent Swedish and strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
