I'm Jack O'Connor with RealHNL at Real Broker. I sell across all of Oahu, from Diamond Head to the North Shore: luxury condos, oceanfront properties, single-family homes, and townhomes. My business is growing, and I'm looking for one licensed agent to work directly alongside me. You won't be one name on a big team roster. You'll be my right hand.

What you'll do

• Show properties to buyers from leads I provide
• Follow up quickly on client questions after showings
• Support listing coordination: showing active listings, running open houses, and coordinating lockboxes and signage
• Handle light paperwork: showing feedback, CRM notes, scheduling, and document prep

Two ways to work with me

Showing Agent: Flexible, paid per showing. Ideal if you want steady work with immediate pay, on your own schedule.

Growth Track: For agents who want to build a real career. You get compensation at closing, one-on-one mentorship with a weekly coaching call, and my full playbook, including prospecting, listing presentations, CRM and follow-up systems, and transaction management. We'll build a plan around your goals.

Requirements

• Active Hawaii real estate license (required), with your license held at Real Broker
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• Fast response time and strong follow-through
• Comfortable with a CRM, e-signatures, and texting clients
• Knowledge of Oahu neighborhoods is a plus
