Job Title: Shopify Website Executive Industry Type: Beauty & Personal Care Reporting To: E-commerce – Head Experience: 2-5years Work Location: Santacruz (W), Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time (In Office) ____________________________________________________________________________________________About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented D2C Shopify Website Executive to own and optimize our direct-to-consumer (D2C) online store. This role is responsible for managing the Shopify website end-to-end, improving user experience, driving conversions, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ A] Key Responsibilities: [1] Website Management- Manage and maintain the Shopify store, ensuring it is updated, functional, and optimized at all times. Upload and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants). Ensure website content, banners, and landing pages are up to date. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2] Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)- Analyze website performance and user behaviour to identify improvement areas. Optimize product pages, checkout flow, and landing pages for higher conversions. A/B test creatives, layouts, and offers. Identify plugins that will enhance & optimize performance / conversions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [3] Performance & Analytics- Track KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, and revenue. Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and heatmaps (e.g., Hotjar). Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [4] Marketing & Campaign Execution- Coordinate with marketing teams to launch campaigns, sales, and promotions. Create and manage landing pages for paid ads and email campaigns. Implements discount codes, bundles, and offers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [5] App & Integration Management- Manage Shopify apps (reviews, subscriptions, upsell tools, etc.). Ensure smooth integration with payment gateways, logistics, and CRM tools. Understand Shopify themes, apps, and basic liquid, HTML, CSS & Java Script. Manage app integration, payment gateways, shipping setting & checkout configurations. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [6] UX/UI Optimization- Continuously improve website design, navigation, and mobile experience. Ensure fast loading speed and SEO-friendly structure. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [7] Inventory & Order Flow- Coordinate with operations team for stock updates and inventory sync. Ensure smooth order processing and troubleshoot checkout/payment issues. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ B] Requirements: - Experience- 2–5 years of experience managing Shopify or D2C E-commerce websites.
