E-Commerce & Sales Assistant – Shopify & Digital Marketing - Females

About the Role

Rafplay is looking for a smart, energetic and highly organized E-Commerce & Sales Assistant to work closely with our Head of Sales.

This is not just an administrative role. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility, think creatively, learn quickly and gradually take ownership of important day-to-day e-commerce, sales and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Shopify , handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, improving product listings and helping us develop and execute ideas to increase online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve product listings on Shopify
• Upload new products, images, descriptions, specifications, pricing and collections
• Review existing product pages and suggest ways to improve presentation and conversions
• Monitor basic Shopify sales, traffic and product analytics
• Assist the Head of Sales with day-to-day sales activities and follow-ups
• Answer incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiries professionally
• Prepare customer quotations and follow up on potential orders
• Maintain records of leads, quotations and customer follow-ups
• Assist with social media and digital marketing activities
• Coordinate postings across Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other channels
• Have a working understanding of Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads
• Assist with WhatsApp marketing, promotions and customer campaigns
• Research competitors, products, pricing and current market trends
• Help develop creative promotional ideas, campaigns and sales strategies
• Coordinate with designers/content creators when required
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other creative tools to improve productivity, content and marketing
• Identify problems and opportunities rather than waiting to be given every task
• Gradually take ownership of assigned sales, e-commerce and marketing responsibilities

Who We Are Looking For

The right candidate should:

• Have good practical knowledge of Shopify
• Have basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube marketing
• Be comfortable using WhatsApp for customer communication and sales
• Have good spoken and written English
• Be confident speaking with customers over the phone
• Have good computer skills, including Excel/Google Sheets
• Be organized and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Have a creative mindset and an eye for good product presentation
• Be willing to learn new AI and digital tools
• Be responsible with follow-ups and deadlines
• Be proactive and able to work independently after training
• Have a positive, problem-solving attitude

Previous experience in e-commerce, Shopify, digital marketing, online sales or customer service will be highly preferred.

Salary: AED 2,500 per month
