We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our Malahide store which is full of charm & personality. As Store Manager, you’ll have autonomy to run your own store, lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, to help maximise income that directly supports Oxfam’s mission. About the role You’ll take ownership of day-to-day running of the store including: Working to achieve targets and maintain adequate stock levels. Using your creativity & commercial knowledge to create window displays and merchandising the store Delivering excellent customer service and developing rapport with customers Leading, developing and motivating staff as well as volunteers Managing Social Media accounts and engaging with the community About you If you meet the below criteria why not apply today! The store underwent a full refit in recent years and is fresh, bright & inviting. They retail both new & second-hand product from fashion, books, accessories, bric a brac items as well as Vintage & designer clothing, making it attractive to everyone. Oxfam Malahide is heavily supported by the local community who are generous with their donations & custom. They won the Chamber of Commerce Retailer of the year Award in 2025! This role is supported by a loyal and committed team of paid staff and volunteers; a Deputy manager & a Senior Retail Assistant.
