Job Summary Manager – Grand Car Wash Location: 828 Eastern Ave, Toronto Full-Time, Permanent | $3,000–$5,000/month + Tips & Commission Grand Car Wash is providing in-shop and mobile detailing, ceramic coating, window tinting, and other premium services throughout the GTA. We're looking for a hands-on, boots on the ground Manager to lead daily operations, maintain exceptional quality standards, manage our team, and help grow the business. The Role: This is a long-term career opportunity. We require proper focus and attention. You'll begin with hands-on training at an hourly wage to learn our operation and standards, then transition into a salaried management position as you assume full leadership responsibilities. Strong management and detailing experience are preferred. We will further develop the right candidate who brings leadership ability, professionalism, initiative, and a willingness to continuously learn. Responsibilities: -Manage daily shop operations, scheduling, workflow, calls, and bookings. -Oversee quality control and ensure every vehicle meets our standards. -Lead, train, supervise, and hold the detailing team accountable. -Perform hands-on detailing during training and when operationally required. -Handle customer inquiries, consultations, bookings, and concerns professionally. -Manage inventory, equipment, supplies, and proper chemical dilution levels. -Identify upselling opportunities and help drive customer retention and business growth. -Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional operation. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency Requirements: 1+ year automotive detailing experience ("Preferred") with a solid understanding of the industry. 1+ year management, supervisory, or senior-level experience (REQUIRED) -- We WILL call your references. Valid Ontario G-Class driver's licence with clean driving record. Fluent English and strong communication/customer service skills. *Important* Organized, reliable, self-motivated, passionate, and able to work independently. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Sales-minded and comfortable recommending and upselling additional services. Passion for vehicles, and willingness to continuously improve your detailing knowledge. You don't need to know everything on day one—but you must take initiative to learn what you don't know. What We Offer: Paid hourly training → salaried management position with commission oppurtunities and possibility for minority ownership. $3,000–$5,000/month, based on experience and ability. Tips + commission opportunities. Full-time hours; 5–6 days/week available. Real advancement opportunities as the company expands. Punctuality is Paramount.
