Shipping and Receiving Manager

Overview

As a Shipping and Receiving Manager, you’ll lead daily warehouse operations, coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation to keep materials moving accurately and efficiently. You’ll work across supply chain, purchasing, production, suppliers, carriers, and customer service teams to support dependable order fulfillment. Your impact: By improving shipment accuracy and inventory visibility, you help customers and internal teams get the materials they need on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee S/R staff work and assignments
• Manage shipping and receiving, warehouse distribution, stocking, materials handling, and order fulfillment; oversee safe manual handling and forklift use.
• Coordinate freight, transportation planning and management
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Knowledge of freight, transportation
• Warehouse experience, including warehouse management, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or logistics management.
• Strong analysis skills, cross-functional communication, and customer service capabilities
• Supplier management experience is preferred; experience with relevant systems and tools is an asset.
• Forklift Certification

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work in season temperature extremes (summer heats, winter cold)
• Must be able to wear required PPE
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
