Assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring operational excellence of the outlet. Coach ongoing performances of your team in each shift. Provide feedback and share ideas to improve the overall monthly sales of the outlet. Any other tasks to ensure operational excellence of the outlet. REQUIREMENT Not more than 40 years old. Able to communicate in English Able to start work immediately. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays Have experience working as a Supervisor, Shift Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
