You could be there the day the doors first open; the first customer, the first loaf, the first "I'll be back tomorrow." We're opening a brand-new Bayley & Sage in South West London and we're hiring the people who'll build it with us. Shift Leaders & Team Members | South West London | New Store Opening Q1 2027 Imagine joining a brand-new Bayley & Sage store before the doors even open. We’re looking for Shift Leaders and Team Members to join our new South West London store and be part of building the team and the customer experience from the very beginning. Our customer’s experience is at the heart of everything we do, from the first friendly smile and greeting, helping to find their favourite tomato and turning a drop-in to a regular customer. Before opening, you’ll spend your first three months training in our existing stores , mainly in Parsons Green, Chelsea, Battersea and Wimbledon. You’ll learn about our products, our way of working and what makes Bayley & Sage so special. You’ll then bring that experience with you as we prepare the new store for opening. What you’ll be doing As a Team Member , you’ll be at the heart of the store. You’ll help customers, look after our products, replenish and merchandise stock, check quality and dates making sure the store looks its best. Maybe your knowledge and experience will help you recommend the best ingredients for a bolognaise, or the tastiest seasonal produce. It’s also a great opportunity to build your skills and progress with us. As a Shift Leader , you’ll help lead the team and play an important part in getting the new store up and running. You’ll support the Store Manager, lead by example, organise the day-to-day running of your shift and make sure our customers receive the service we’re known for. What we’re looking for We’re looking for people who love food and people in equal measure, who enjoy being part of a team and taking pride in what they do . You’ll be positive, reliable, ready to learn and comfortable working at pace. Most importantly, you’ll be ready to be part of something new and help us create a store we can all be proud of.
