What We Offer Salary in accordance with the applicable collective agreement Clear opportunities for career development, for example progressing to Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager Regular training, development meetings, and performance reviews A modern working environment with a strong culture of appreciation and teamwork Employment type: Full-time or part-time, on-site at the restaurant Your Responsibilities Take responsibility for and lead the daily operations during your shift, ensuring efficient restaurant operations Ensure that alcohol is served safely and responsibly Work hands-on alongside the team – in the kitchen, service area, and at the register Ensure that company standards for quality, hygiene, and service are followed Coach and support team members during shifts and contribute to their development Ensure that routines, safety regulations, and operational procedures are followed Your Profile You must be over 20 years old Experience from the restaurant, quick-service restaurant, or retail industry with responsibility for managing shifts Previous leadership experience is an advantage You are responsible, well-organized, and work well as part of a team You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible when it comes to working evenings and weekends Good knowledge of English and Danish is required Training or certification in food handling is an advantage Ready to Go LOCO?
