The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SharePoint development, customization, and maintenance, with the ability to deliver scalable collaboration and document management solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server solutions. Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms based on business requirements. Develop solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and related Microsoft 365 technologies. Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications and services. Support document management, collaboration, and automation initiatives. Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization. Work closely with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices. Required Skills 3-7 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and SharePoint APIs. Experience in workflow automation and document management solutions. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Singaporean Ability to get CAT 2 Clearance Experience working in government, defense, or public sector projects. Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Good stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
