Background and Objective SajTech Technologies is supporting the sourcing and screening of an Intermediate SharePoint Administrator/Developer for the Federal Reserve Board's Application Design and Development (ADD) section within Research and Statistics. The engagement supports the migration of collaboration sites and functionality from Drupal CMS to SharePoint Online, while improving collaboration and knowledge sharing. The selected resource will work full-time with the ADD team and internal business clients to design, develop, migrate, validate, and support SharePoint Online solutions in accordance with defined specifications and standards. 2. Mandatory Candidate Requirements Possess the knowledge and skills identified in Technical Services BOA Section 3.12.2.1 for the Intermediate SharePoint Administrator/Developer labor category. Demonstrated ability to develop SharePoint Online solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities and custom coding, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS, SPFx, Handlebars, PowerShell, Bootstrap, Fluent UI, and PnP libraries. Ability to design and build SharePoint Online sites that replicate and improve Drupal content and functionality according to defined specifications. Experience translating business requirements into end-to-end SharePoint solutions and producing high- quality, testable code. Experience conducting code reviews and quality assurance for SPFx/React code, including code developed by other team members. Experience developing reusable SharePoint components such as web parts, content types, site columns, and list templates. Experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 technologies including Azure, Power Platform (PowerApps and Power Automate), Microsoft Graph API, REST, and Web Services. Working knowledge of Linux file systems and scripting, including support for Linux-to-SharePoint Online integration using service principal accounts and Microsoft Graph API. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience using AI-assisted development tools (for example, Claude Code) to accelerate development. U.S. citizenship is required. Ability to work primarily on-site at Federal Reserve Board locations in Washington, DC. Any partial remote arrangement is subject to the TOR conditions and would not begin until 30 days after the start date. 3. Desired / Preferred Qualifications Drupal migration experience. Experience using ShareGate or equivalent migration tooling. Experience delivering solutions compliant with Section 508 accessibility requirements. Active or in-process Public Trust clearance is highly recommended, although clearance is not required by the TOR. 4. Scope of Work and Expected Responsibilities Requirements & Design - Gather requirements from ADD and business clients; translate existing Drupal structures into SharePoint Online architecture and reusable components. Development - Build SharePoint Online sites, pages, and SPFx web parts; create reusable components; develop PowerApps and Power Automate solutions; and support Linux-SPO integration through scripting, service principal accounts, and Graph API. Migration - Support content migration, mapping, cleanup, and validation using ShareGate or equivalent tools. Agile Collaboration - Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, and coordinate with business clients throughout delivery. Quality & Standards - Ensure work aligns with ADD architecture, security, design, and quality standards; support Section 508 compliance; and apply AI-assisted development tools where appropriate. Support & Knowledge Transfer - Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide documentation and knowledge transfer to the ADD team. Pay: $100,083.73 - $120,530.95 per year Work Location: In person
