Key Responsibilities: Manage daily SFA operations and ensure proper usage by the sales/field team. Monitor attendance, visits, sales, targets, and field activities through the SFA system. Maintain and update employee, distributor, retailer, and counter data. Check daily reports and identify data discrepancies or missing entries. Coordinate with Sales, HR, and MIS teams for data and reporting requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly SFA reports. Support the team in resolving SFA-related issues and provide basic system training. Track sales targets, achievements, counter visits, and productivity. Ensure timely submission and accuracy of field-force reports. Assist management with SFA data analysis and operational reports. Required Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. Experience with SFA/CRM applications preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of sales operations and field-force management. Education: Graduate in any discipline. Preferred Experience: Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Retail, or Field Sales Operations will be an advantage. Pay: ₹15,408.56 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
