LTD.** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities Perform transaction and settlement reconciliation , investigate discrepancies, and resolve breaks to ensure transactions are processed and settled within standard timelines Monitor the end-to-end client transaction lifecycle, identify exceptions through data reports and dashboards, and take timely action Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Customer Service, and Product to resolve transaction issues and operational discrepancies Support the development of institutional and merchant service frameworks, addressing operational challenges faced by clients Maintain and enhance the team knowledge base and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to automation and scalable improvements to enhance operational efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 2 years of experience in operations or customer service Experience in payments, banking, foreign exchange, or related industries is preferred Ability to quickly understand new products, with a results-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset High attention to detail with strong sense of responsibility Proficiency in English and Chinese (reading and writing), able to work in a bilingual environment Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of VBA, SQL, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Data Studio) is a plus Can speak Mandarin Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Application Question(s): How many days is your notice period?
