As a Talent Business Solutions Analyst, you are responsible for providing support towards stabilizing the newly transitioned HRIS and further its seamless adoption across the Business. This individual will help the Talent Business Advisory Team in managing the Operations part of the delivery of Talent services. Work you'll do As a Services Specialist, Talent Processes and Business Support on the Talent Processes and Business Support team, you will be responsible for supporting HR operations, employee data processing, and system adoption activities across the talent function by: Processing employee data transactions, corrections, and mass updates in human resources systems and ticketing platforms Conducting data audits, validations, and reconciliations to maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and process compliance Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, process documents, and job aids for operational activities Preparing routine and ad hoc reports related to headcount, attrition, performance management, and other workforce metrics Supporting cross-functional issue resolution, system testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, data migrations, and administrative requests across the employee lifecycle The team The Talent Processes and Business Support team enables consistent delivery of talent operations by supporting employee data management, reporting, process documentation, and system adoption activities. The team works across multiple talent channels to help maintain accurate records, support operational continuity, and improve process efficiency. This role partners with stakeholders across the employee lifecycle to help deliver timely, high-quality support to the business. Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, commerce, management, or information systems 0-1.5 years of experience in human resources operations, shared services, employee data management, or HR systems support Experience processing employee data transactions in human resources systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar workflow tools Experience using Microsoft Excel for data review, reconciliation, tracking, and reporting Experience creating or updating standard operating procedures, process documentation, or job aids Experience conducting data audits, validations, or reconciliations involving confidential workforce data Preferred: Experience supporting headcount, attrition, performance management, or workforce reporting Experience working with ticket queues, shared mailboxes, or case management processes Experience supporting employee lifecycle, payroll, talent acquisition, or mobility processes Experience participating in system testing, user acceptance testing, or data migration activities Experience working in a cross-functional or virtual team environment Our purpose Deloitte’s purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
