Role: ServiceNow Engagement Manager

Location: Sweden- Hybrid - Flexible

Type: Full-time (Not available for Contracts)

Salary: Negotiable

Travel Required: 50% travel flexibility needed

Mandatory Skills: Lead ServiceNow Projects, ITSM, ServiceNow Integrations, Certifications: CSA OR CAD OR CIS, Project Management, Stakeholder Management.

Required Experiences:

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services / ServiceNow project management.
• Strong experience in Project Management and the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Platform Workflows.
• Experience in solution design and ServiceNow integrations.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA / CAD / CIS.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience leading large and complex engagements and delivery teams, with the ability to provide technical leadership and customer guidance.
• Ability to design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned with long-term customer objectives.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Experience conducting customer workshops, assessing current-state processes, and defining future-state technical solutions.
• Ability to review and validate technical deliverables covering configuration, integrations, testing, and technical documentation.
• Experience coaching/mentoring Engagement Managers or similar roles, with a focus on solution quality, innovation, and customer value.
• Swedish-speaking (Preferred).

Desirable Skills / Experience:

• Relevant industry/domain expertise.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience managing resource scheduling across multiple engagements and balancing competing priorities or last-minute changes.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills, including managing expectations, difficult conversations, and long-term relationships.
• Experience with project/resource management tools such as ServiceNow PPM/SPM would be an advantage.
