# ServiceNow Developer **ICON OUTSOURCING** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to client requirements and platform best practices Build platform features using business rules, script includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Glide APIs Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Server Module Specialism ITSM — ITService Management ITAM — ITAsset Management ITOM — ITOperations Management CMDB —Configuration Management HRSD — HRService Delivery CSM — CustomerService Management FSM — FieldService Management SPM —Strategic Portfolio Management GRC / IRM —Governance, Risk & Compliance SecOps —Security Operations App Engine —Custom Development Now Assist /Agentic AI Requirements Hands-on ServiceNow platform experience appropriate to the level you are applying for (see Level Guide above) Proficiency in JavaScript — Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Glide APIs Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration patterns (Integration Hub preferred from Consultant level) Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into platform solutions Good communication skills — able to engage with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
