Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced, hands-on ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and development, with a specialized focus on CMDB, Discovery, CSDM (Common Service Data Model), and Service Catalog/Request Management. The role involves managing a small implementation team, engaging with customers on a daily basis, handling ambiguous requirements, and driving delivery independently with minimal or no supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and development of ServiceNow solutions.

Design, configure, and implement solutions focused on CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, and Service Catalog/Request Management.

Engage with customers daily to understand business needs, clarify requirements, and provide technical guidance.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Manage and guide a small implementation team to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Handle ambiguous requirements, identify gaps, and drive solutions with minimal supervision.

Oversee development activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to manage delivery timelines, priorities, and dependencies.

Requirement:

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow technical development and implementation.

Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, and Service Catalog/Request Management.

Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and development.

Proven ability to lead a small implementation team and manage delivery independently.

Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders on a daily basis.

Ability to work with ambiguous requirements, exercise sound judgment, and drive solutions with minimal or no supervision.
