On-the-job training will be provided to bring you up to speed with our products, including TAB, MAX and Sky. Multiple positions available! Start date is as soon as possible! What you'll do Answer inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner Deliver an exceptional experience to all customers Maintain accurate records of venue calls This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a great team environment, further develop your customer service experience and learn more about the gambling entertainment industry. You must be available to attend onsite, compulsory training for your first 1-2 weeks What you'll bring This role is ideally suited to applicants who have previously worked in phone based customer service however this is not a mandatory requirement. You’ll be computer savvy, hard-working, a quick learner and detail focused. Most importantly, you’ll be a natural communicator with the ability to engage and excite a broad range of customers.
