We’re Hiring: Medical Sales & Service Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

About the Role:

Safe Life is looking for a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales & Service Engineer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a background in biomedical engineering, strong sales and communication skills, and a good understanding of medical equipment, maintenance services, and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell medical equipment maintenance services, service contracts, and spare parts. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.

Generate sales leads, prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and negotiate deals.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical and service solutions.

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.

Conduct regular customer visits and actively develop the company's presence in the Abu Dhabi market.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Equipment Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical equipment industry.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Good knowledge of medical equipment, maintenance services, and spare parts. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally.

Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Valid UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
