Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in ServiceNow and Automation Anywhere to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective automation strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test plans.
• Execute automated tests and analyse results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Continuously enhance the automation framework and tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Document test cases, test results, and defects clearly and concisely.
• Provide training and support to team members on automation best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in QA automation and contribute to process improvements.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere is a must.
• Proficient in developing and executing automated test scripts.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience in performance testing and security testing.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on Automation Anywhere.
• Relevant certifications in QA or automation testing are a plus.
