Service Now Technical Consultant

Synechron is hiring Service Now Technical Consultant.

• Anywhere across Australia
• Multiple roles (Fully remote / 1 day WFO if Melb/Syd)
• Australian Citizen with NV1 Clearance

Key Skills:

• Experience working as a Senior Service Now Technical Consultant.
• 6+ years of development experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years hands on experience working on Custom scope applications, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, integrations (hands on).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Configuration: Exposure to designing, configuring, and optimizing workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs.
• Implementation Delivery: Experience with leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Technical Integration: Exposure to integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools, using out-of-the-box capabilities to support business and operational needs.
• Solution Optimization: Experience with optimizing workflows, dashboards, and reports to improve process efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.
• Platform Enhancement: Experience with supporting post-go-live enhancements and upgrades of medium to high complexity, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and maximizing the value of their ServiceNow investment.
