# Service Manager **Menang Nusantara Holding Sdn Bhd** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service through personal contact with customers Maximizes productivity by assisting all manager in the development of team members (thru actual process flow) Participates in community activities to enhance public awareness and the image of the company Follow and maintain company, customer and personal security procedures An Service Manager should expect his/her time to be devoted in the following four basic areas: a) Transaction processing – 30% of the time b) Operations – 40% of the time c) People management – 20% of the time d) Marketing – 10% of the time Participate in database management, such as collecting the correct customer data, verifying its accuracy, and implementing database-driven marketing Follow-up and monitoring of the branch activities, staff performance, working atmosphere and quality of services provided Creating and implementing new services and product ideas that follow the projects philosophy Creating systems and protocols for the different aspects of the daily work of the branch including documentation Maintaining continues communication and reporting to the Manager of SOD Branch Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management of SAP system. Oversee overall SAP daily report of WIPs, Insurance Orders and warranty submissions. Regular meetings with Operations Manager in presenting the SAP reports SAP - DBM - Parts Packages, maintenance packages and labor packages. Implementation of service maintenance modules Other duties as specified by Operations Manager "as needed" basis. WHO ARE WE?
