KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the Service/Field Service Team and daily service operations Monitor team performance, work assignments, schedules, and field activities Ensure consistent field work, site visits, and customer support Monitor and ensure team compliance with AI tools, reporting systems, and company processes Review and improve service procedures, workflows, and team performance Prepare and analyze service reports, operational data, and performance reports Provide management with regular updates, analysis, and recommendations Handle customer concerns and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and other departments to ensure effective service delivery Identify operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions Ensure timely completion and proper documentation of service activities QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering Strong experience in Service/Field Service Team Management Strong experience in the Semiconductor Industry, particularly Final Test Strong knowledge of field service operations and equipment support Experienced in team supervision, performance monitoring, and reporting Proficient in data analysis and report preparation Able to monitor and enforce compliance with AI tools and company systems Strong customer relationship and communication skills Willing to conduct regular field work and site visits Hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Free parking Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
