The role: As our Service Account Manager, you'll be a hands-on partner to our commercial roofing customers. Your week might include: · Getting on roofs to inspect and diagnose issues · Writing accurate, honest proposals customers can trust · Coordinating with our repair crews · Building long-term relationships with property managers and facility teams · Managing your accounts so nothing falls through the cracks What we're looking for: · 2+ years in construction, commercial roofing, facilities, or building maintenance · Someone who takes pride in doing the job right · Strong communication and customer service skills · Comfortable in both field and office settings · Valid California driver's license, clean driving record · Humble, hungry, and smart If you have roofing experience, great. If you're coming from HVAC, general construction, or facilities and willing to learn, we'll teach you.
