This role is responsible for ensuring servers and supporting infrastructure remain stable, well-maintained, properly documented, and operational. Key Responsibilities Perform daily server monitoring, inspection, and routine health checks . Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical servers and related equipment. Conduct routine server hardware maintenance and replacement, including hard drives, memory (RAM), power supplies, motherboards, and other components . Handle first-level troubleshooting and resolution of routine server faults and hardware issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date server configuration, asset, and maintenance documentation . Perform structured cabling installation, labeling, testing, organization, and maintenance . Inspect and maintain server room infrastructure, including racks, cabling, power connections, and related equipment. Respond promptly to server room infrastructure issues and coordinate escalation when required. Support server room housekeeping and ensure equipment is properly organized and safely installed. Follow company procedures for server maintenance, access control, safety, and equipment handling. Coordinate with IT, Data Center, Network, and other technical teams for maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Prepare maintenance records and report any abnormal conditions, incidents, or recurring issues to the supervisor. Requirements Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field . Experience in server, data center, IT infrastructure, or technical support is preferred. Basic understanding of server hardware, operating systems, and IT infrastructure. Familiarity with structured cabling, server racks, patch panels, and cable management . Able to perform basic hardware troubleshooting and component replacement. Good documentation and reporting skills. Able to work independently and as part of a technical team. Willing to work in a data center/server room environment and support maintenance activities outside regular working hours when required. Good attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to following safety and operational procedures. Work Location: In person
