The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, link building, and SEO analytics . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions. Conduct comprehensive keyword research based on search intent, competition, and business objectives. Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, URLs, and image alt tags. Perform regular technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, and Core Web Vitals. Monitor and improve website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and SEO tools . Analyze keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs. Identify content gaps and develop SEO-focused content recommendations. Work closely with content writers to ensure content follows SEO best practices and accurately addresses search intent. Develop and execute ethical off-page SEO and link-building strategies . Monitor backlink profiles and identify potentially harmful or low-quality links. Conduct competitor SEO analysis, including keywords, content, backlinks, rankings, and SERP presence. Optimize Google Business Profile and local SEO performance where applicable. Implement and validate structured data/schema markup. Monitor algorithm updates and adapt SEO strategies accordingly. Work with developers to resolve technical SEO and website performance issues. Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports with performance insights, actions completed, and recommendations for further improvement. Continuously identify new opportunities to increase qualified organic leads and conversions. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Executive, or similar role . Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO . Hands-on knowledge of Google Search Console and GA4 . Experience with SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar tools . Good understanding of WordPress and common SEO plugins. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture from an SEO perspective is an advantage. Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research. Experience with link building and backlink analysis. Understanding of Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile SEO, crawling, and indexing . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to independently manage SEO tasks and prioritize activities based on business impact.
