Job Title: SEO Executive Experience: 1–3 Years Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site / Work from Office) Location: Office-based (Daily) Interested candidates can send their updated resume to anuprita@gravitasin.com and jyothika.g@gravitasin.com with the subject line: About the Role We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience to manage, execute, and optimize organic search strategies. In this role, you will handle end-to-end search engine optimization—including on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO to boost search visibility, organic traffic, and lead generation across multiple digital assets. Key Responsibilities On-Page SEO: Conduct keyword research, optimize meta tags, URLs, headings, content structure, internal linking, and image alt text to target high-intent search queries. Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Execute ethical, white-hat link-building strategies, guest posting, broken link outreach, and brand mention campaigns to build domain authority. Technical SEO: Run regular site audits using tools like Screaming Frog and Google Search Console to fix crawl errors, broken links, redirect chains, Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt issues. Local SEO: Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP), local citations, NAP consistency, and local directory listings to improve local pack rankings. Analytics & Reporting: Track organic rankings, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console; generate regular performance reports and action items. Collaboration: Work closely with content writers, web developers, and designers to ensure best SEO practices are baked into site architecture. Requirements & Qualifications 1 to 3 years of proven experience in SEO execution. Strong proficiency in On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO . Solid working knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog. Understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and white-hat SEO best practices. Basic familiarity with HTML, schema markup, and CMS platforms (such as WordPress). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must be able to work full-time from the office daily. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
