The ideal candidate should have strong experience in traditional SEO, technical SEO, LLM and AI-search optimisation, WordPress development, landing-page creation, website maintenance, and conversion-focused improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & Organic Search Develop and implement complete SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, leads, and sales. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent mapping, and content-gap analysis. Create websites and integrate a booking system for travellers and guests. The site will also integrate reviews from other booking sites. Critical understanding of how shopify operates and how we sell products on the platform integrating AI and payment solutions Manage on-page SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, image optimisation, and content structure. Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, duplication, broken links, redirects, canonical tags, and sitemap issues. Improve website speed, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience. Build ethical backlink and digital-authority strategies. Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO performance. AI Search, LLM SEO & GEO Optimise websites and content for ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and other AI-powered search platforms. Develop Generative Engine Optimisation and LLM SEO strategies. Improve brand visibility, mentions, citations, and recommendations across AI-search platforms. Build clear entity signals through structured content, schema, trusted profiles, and authoritative online mentions. Create AI-friendly content structures using FAQs, summaries, expert information, statistics, and clearly organised answers. Monitor how AI platforms describe and recommend client brands. Strengthen E-E-A-T signals, brand authority, and online credibility. Track emerging developments in AI search and adapt strategies accordingly. Web Development & Maintenance Develop, update, and maintain websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms. Create landing pages, service pages, campaign pages, blogs, and product pages. Customise website themes, layouts, templates, and plugins. Make basic to intermediate HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP changes. Ensure websites are responsive, secure, fast, and user-friendly. Install, configure, and troubleshoot plugins, forms, tracking codes, pixels, and third-party integrations. Manage website backups, updates, migrations, staging environments, and security checks. Fix technical issues, broken layouts, mobile display problems, and website errors. Support domain, hosting, DNS, SSL, email, and website migration requirements. Coordinate with advanced developers when custom backend or complex development is required. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Implement Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, WhatsApp tracking, lead-form tracking, and other marketing tags. Create monthly reports covering rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, technical improvements, and AI-search visibility. Analyse website behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates. Monitor traffic drops, technical errors, indexing problems, and algorithm updates. Provide clear recommendations to clients and internal teams. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, technical SEO, website development, or a similar digital role. Strong experience with WordPress and website management. Good knowledge of WooCommerce and Shopify. Proven experience improving organic traffic, rankings, leads, or online sales. Strong understanding of technical SEO, local SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content SEO. Practical knowledge of AI Search, LLM SEO, GEO, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP. Experience with schema markup, structured data, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags. Ability to create and optimise landing pages. Understanding of hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, backups, and website security. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple client websites and meet deadlines. Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage. UAE experience is preferred. Portfolio, live website examples, and SEO case studies are required. Preferred Skills Experience working with marketing or media agencies. Experience managing SEO for F&B, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and service-based businesses. Knowledge of conversion-rate optimisation and user-experience improvement. Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, or similar page builders. Understanding of CRM, WhatsApp, email marketing, and lead-generation integrations. Experience with website migrations and multilingual SEO. Basic graphic-design or image-optimisation skills are an advantage.
