Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Creative Writing, Media, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in scriptwriting, content localization, or storytelling for audio/video platforms. - Strong leadership experience managing writers or creative teams. - Deep understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and audience engagement strategies. - Experience working with AI-based writing/adaptation tools is preferred. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive decisions. - Excellent communication, feedback, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple shows and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
