Position/Title Senior Full-Stack Web Developer Required Years of Experience 5–8 years or higher What You'll Do Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications using React, Go (Golang), Node.js, and AWS . Develop and integrate frontend, backend, REST APIs, and database solutions. Design and maintain scalable and secure application architecture. Troubleshoot complex application, database, and production issues. Review code and ensure compliance with development, security, and quality standards. Support AWS deployment, monitoring, and application maintenance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, estimate development efforts, and identify technical risks. Perform other related development tasks as assigned. Requirements At least 5–8 years of relevant web application development experience . Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go (Golang), and Node.js . Strong knowledge of REST API design, backend architecture, and frontend development . Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases . Practical experience with AWS , particularly EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and CloudWatch. Good understanding of Linux server environments and production troubleshooting. Knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security, session/token management, and application performance . Experience with application architecture, code review, technical design, and development estimation. Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to developers. Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments is an advantage. Experience developing enterprise applications, dashboards, workflow systems, or internal business applications is a plus.
