Oversee the distribution and transportation of goods to customers. Manage rider and driver schedules. Handle the returns process from the sort centre. Communicate with vendor drivers to ensure KPIs are achieved. Assist the manager with report preparation and data analysis. Coordinate daily route operations. Conduct route audits and ride-alongs to monitor courier performance and identify improvement opportunities. Monitor daily courier activities and package handover processes to ensure smooth and complete deliveries. Job Requirements: Able to work in rotational shifts. Good in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English communication. Must be able to report for duty IMMEDIATELY Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
