Key Responsibilities Administer and operate VMware & Dell B2B Cloud infrastructure . Manage vCenter, ESXi, vCloud Director, and vCloud Availability (vCAV) . Configure and troubleshoot NSX and NSX Advanced Load Balancer (ALB) . Manage VMware Aria Universal Suite and infrastructure monitoring. Administer Dell Storage & Backup infrastructure. Perform proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution . Apply security patches across VMware, Windows, and Linux environments. Coordinate technical escalations with Broadcom/VMware and Dell EMC support . Perform required data center hardware interventions and reboots . Support security audits and implement recommended improvements. Contribute to infrastructure development, upgrades, and migration projects . Prepare monitoring reports, dashboards, and operational documentation .
