Senior Vice President

Role Description The Senior Vice President at MUATech will provide strategic leadership across AI research, product development, and enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and growth objectives. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining long-term AI strategy, overseeing key client engagements, guiding the development and commercialization of foundation models and LLMs, and championing responsible AI practices. The Senior Vice President will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, manage executive-level stakeholder relationships, and support business development efforts. The role also involves mentoring senior leaders, driving operational excellence, and representing MUATech in strategic partnerships, industry forums, and executive-level discussions.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership and executive management skills, including experience setting vision, defining roadmaps, and leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep expertise in artificial intelligence domains such as foundation models, large language models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and enterprise AI integration.
• Strong background in AI research and innovation, with a track record of translating research outcomes into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Experience in building and managing AI infrastructure, model training and fine-tuning pipelines, and secure API deployment in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to drive business growth through enterprise AI solutions, consulting, strategic partnerships, and client-facing leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage executive audiences and technical teams alike.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical and responsible AI, including governance, risk management, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent senior-level industry experience.
• Experience working in or with global organizations; familiarity with the MENA region and enterprise markets is an advantage.
