We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior UX Designer to lead the design and development of engaging, user-centered digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will champion human-centered design principles, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive the creation of intuitive interfaces that delight users and meet business objectives. Your expertise will shape how users interact with our products, ensuring accessibility, usability, and visual appeal are at the forefront of every project. This is an exciting opportunity to influence product development at a strategic level and elevate user experience standards across diverse digital channels. Duties Lead end-to-end UX design projects by translating complex business requirements into clear, compelling user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction. Collaborate seamlessly with product managers, developers, data analysts, and stakeholders using Agile methodologies such as Scrum to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Develop responsive web designs optimized for various devices including mobile applications and desktop environments, ensuring consistency across platforms. Utilize tools like Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, and Zeplin to create prototypes that facilitate rapid iteration and stakeholder feedback. Apply best practices in information architecture, interaction design, accessibility in interaction design, and visual design to craft engaging digital experiences. Lead UX prototyping efforts using motion graphics and data visualization techniques to enhance storytelling and user engagement within the product ecosystem. Skills Proven expertise in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications with a strong portfolio demonstrating human-centered design solutions. Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular for seamless collaboration with development teams. Extensive experience with design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Axure, Zeplin, and UXPin. Deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile practices like Scrum, requirements gathering, user research for product design, and data analysis skills using SQL or Google Analytics 360. Knowledge of accessibility standards (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG), responsive web design principles, information architecture, layout design, and usability testing methodologies such as A/B testing. Strong analysis skills combined with expertise in developing intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes for web accessibility enhancements and mobile device optimization. Familiarity with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), RESTful API integration for dynamic data-driven interfaces; experience with AWS cloud services is a plus. Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to technical teams and stakeholders while advocating for best UX practices aligned with business goals.
