In this role, you will own the end to end mobile experience transforming complex subscriber workflow like plan top-ups, eSIM activation and real-time usage tracking into effortless, high-performing mobile app features. Key Responsibilities: - Mobile Product Design: Own the native iOS and Android design lifecycle, from user flows and wireframes to interactive prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces - Telecom App Workflow: Design seamless mobile-first journey for core utility features, including instant bill payment, data package purchases, eSIM onboarding, and live support - User Research & Usability: Conduct user testing, A/B experiment and mobile usability audits to validate feature designs and reduce app drop-off rates - Mobile Design System: Maintain and expand our mobile component library in compliance with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design (Android) standard - Cross-Functional Handoff: Collaborate directly with Mobile Engineer (iOS/Android/Flutter) and Product Manager to ensure design fidelity and technical feasibility - App Performance Optimization: Leverage app analytics (e.g., user session recording, funnel analytics) to continuously refine navigation, micro-interaction and conversion loops Requirement: - Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated UI/UX design experience for mobile application (native iOS/Android or cross-platform), ideally within telecom, fintech or high-volume consumer apps - Tooling Expertise: Expert-level skill in Figma (auto-layout, component, interactive prototyping) and mobile-focused handoff tools - Mobile Design Standard: Deep understand of gesture-based navigation, touch-target standard, responsive layout, and native platform pattern - Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to turn complex backend telecom logic into clean, minimal, and accessible mobile interfaces - Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing real-world mobile app design, end-to-end UX rationale, and visual polish Application Question(s): - Have you design and delivered mobile application for native iOS, Android or cross-platform framework - Do you have experience design high-volume consumer mobile application, particularly in Telecom, Fintech, E-commerce, Digital Services or similar industries? - Do you have experience conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing or usability audits to validate mobile app design - Do you have experience collaborate directly with iOS, Android, Flutter/mobile engineer and Product Manager during design handoff and implementation? - Have you design mobile workflow involving bill payment, data/package purchases, eSIM onboarding, subscription or other telecom/digital utility services? - Do you have experience create and maintain a mobile Design System / Component Library using Figma? - Can you provide a portfolio showcasing real-world mobile app project, including your UX process, design rationale, prototypes and final UI design? - Are you comfortable working with mobile-specific interaction pattern, including gesture navigation, touch target, responsive layout, accessibility and native platform convention Education: - S1 (Required) Experience: - do you have using Figma for mobile app design: 3 years (Required) - do you have in UI/UX Design for mobile application: 5 years (Required) Language: - English (Required) Location: - Jakarta (Required) Work Location: In person
