We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated travel professional to join our Dubai team and support the continued growth of our retail and corporate travel business. Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant with strong knowledge of GDS flight reservations, holiday packages, and Umrah travel arrangements . The successful candidate will have a proven track record within the UAE travel industry and be capable of delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Handle domestic and international flight reservations through GDS systems. Design and sell holiday packages, including flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions. Manage Umrah travel bookings, including visa requirements, accommodation, and airline arrangements. Advise customers on travel destinations, documentation, and travel regulations. Generate quotations and tailor-made itineraries for individuals, families, and groups. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business. Resolve customer queries, schedule changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions efficiently. Achieve individual sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate booking and CRM records. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in the UAE travel market . Strong working knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other major GDS platforms . Demonstrable experience selling flight tickets and holiday packages for the UAE customers. Previous experience handling Umrah travel bookings and holidays for is essential. Excellent destination knowledge of popular leisure and religious travel destinations. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent English is essential; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam would be an advantage. What We Offer Competitive salary between AED 6,000 and AED 12,000 per month . Performance-based incentives.
