Your Skills and Experience Included: - Bachelor Degree holder in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred. - Minimum 2 years of professional training experience including leading a team with the insurance company or relevant. - Knowledge of learning and developing best practices. - Track record in executing successful training programs. - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc). - Proven experience in the delivery of training remotely/using digital or technological training solutions. - Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively. - Strong writing and the record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals. - High emotional intelligence with superior levels of self-awareness, personal resilience, and the ability to relate to others and adapt the approach as the situation requires. - Able to effectively communicate and execute change and change management (people, process and technology). - Proven experience of using data to generate insights around and improve training and understand its impact.
